It’s week 7!

Doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun! Or just really busy with a hundred different things going on!

Week 7 of the couch to 5k plan already. We’re up to doing 25 minutes of running 3 times this week. Monday nearly killed me; I had the worse stitch ever from 4 minutes in, right up until the end! Hoping today might go better.

However, we’ve taken up cycling as well now, and I bet it’s a lot easier than if we’d taken up cycling without doing all this running first! Definitely feeling that anything is possible with a bit of perseverance and a lot of learning on the way. And it feels really great after a run knowing that you’ve achieved the goal and completed that run.
Couldn’t have run for 25 minutes just a few weeks ago. I highly recommend this plan for anyone who wants to get fit, perhaps shift a bit of weight, or simply learn to run.
